Open Humanities Summer Forum Ended Successfully (August 21–22, 2025)

On August 21–22, the Open Humanities Summer Forum was held, co-organized by IFoHS and the Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University.
The event took place at the Inamori Building, 3rd Floor, Large Conference Room.

Invited speakers included:

Associate Professor Nishioka (Institute for Information Management and Communication, Kyoto University)
Deputy Director Amano (Research Administration Office, Kyoto University)
Project Assistant Professor Makoto Asaoka (National Institute of Informatics)
Lecturer Thomas Brotherhood (Graduate School of Education, Kyoto University)
Associate Professor Ryoma Shihyo (Graduate School of Media Design, Keio University)
Professor Akishige Yonezawa (Global Engagement Division, Tohoku University)
Associate Professor Kuba Krys (Institute of Psychology, Polish Academy of Sciences)

They delivered lectures and participated in panel discussions. Across the two days, about 50 participants joined both in person and online. The event featured interesting talks and lively, engaging discussions.
