A new interview with IFOHS Director Professor Yukiko Uchida has been published in the April issue of Nikkei Science, in a special feature titled “What is happiness? Insights from Brain research and International Surveys: Why Japanese People’s Happiness Levels Are ‘Low’.”
In the interview, Professor Uchida comments on the ongoing debate about the measurement of happiness and steps to increase happiness in the sections titled “Is the ‘Ruler’ We Use to Measure Happiness Appropriate?” and “We Asked About the Secret to Happiness”.
