The January issue of Runners, the first monthly magazine for runners around Japan, featured a commentary by IFOHS Director Professor Yukiko Uchida.

In the commentary, which was also featured on the magazine’s website, Prof Uchida shared her thoughts on a recent survey about the happiness found in running.
