IFOHS Prof. Uchida to Join Symposium on “Prospects for a Post-Generative AI Inclusive Society: Centralization, Decentralization, and a Third Way”

This month, the Graduate School of Informatics at Kyoto University will host the Inaugural Symposium of the Center for Next-Generation Informatics and AI Education and Research, titled “Prospects for a Post-Generative AI Inclusive Society: Centralization, Decentralization, and a Third Way”. The symposium will take place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 17:00 to 19:00 and will feature experts from various backgrounds, such as Audrey Tang, the former Digital Minister of Taiwan. At the event, IFOHS Director Prof. Yukiko Uchida will take part in a panel discussion exploring the meaning of plurality in social emergence, philosophy, and cutting-edge technologies.
