People usually talk to someone about their worries when they are worried or troubled. My interest is what psychotherapy differs from this dialogue. More recently, I have also become interested in the role of counselors in contemporary psychotherapy. In today’s society, psychological issues are diversifying, so there is an increasing need for a clinical psychological approach. I think it is now necessary to empirically show what is happening in psychotherapy and ask again what the specialty of psychotherapy is. In order to answer these questions, I am conducting research from empirical and practical approaches using process research and outcome research.
